After year-long attempts to find a good location for the construction of plastic covered hills at Bregenzerwald, Bezau had been chosen. Three plastic covered ski jumping hills (55, 33 and 18 meters) were planned. In summer 2008 the necessary planning and authorization was be done and in fall the detailed processing should start. The first dig for the new hills should have been made in spring 2011, but due to an argument about the access roads there were some delays and finally the project had to be cancelled completely. Instead the hills will be build at Andelsbuch.
