History:
The first ski jumping hill at Midtstuen, located in view of the Holmenkollen, which is just 500 meters away, was set up in 1927. Midtstubakken was renovated as a normal hill in 1955 and during WSC 1966 at Oslo it hosted the competitions of Nordic Combined. For the World Championships in 1982, the ski jumping hill was modernized, equipped with the distance measurement system ROBOTRON, which as developed in GDR. The normal hill competition of special ski jumpers was hosted there - Austria’s Armin Kogler was the winner. However, the hill was closed after the last competition which had taken place in 1992.
For the Nordic WSC 2011 at Oslo a new normal hill was built around 100 meters north of the old Midtstubakken. However, not only a new K95 / HS 106 ski jump was constructed, but additionally four more junior jumping hills complete a new ski jumping centre. In August 2008, the soil works had started and by summer 2010 the WSC normal hill was completed.
The inauguration of the new jump took place on 2010-09-18 with summer Continental Cup competitions of men and women, when Austria's Daniela Iraschko even jumped on 114.5 m, but fell. After that Midtstubakken experienced a great WSC in 2011.
In July 2011, the construction works on the four junior jumping hills HS 66, HS 44, HS 22 and HS 11 started. They were inaugurated on September 22-23, 2012. The former warming house on top of the old, in April 2008 deconstructed Holmenkollbakken, called "Diamond", is now re-used as a functional building for the around 8m Euro expensive junior hills.

The longest jump on the k10 is 13 meters done by a 5 year old.

Also wenn ich mir die Fotos so ansehe, bleibt der Midtstuen Bakken, sowie das Planica Nordic Center und die neue K95 in Oberstdorf architektonisch die schönsten Anlagen weltweit.
Die Zuschauerkapazität des Midtstubakken stimmt auch nicht. Unter www.holmenkollen.oslo.kommune.no/midtstubakken sind offiziell 15.000 angegeben. Auch dies bitte ich zu ändern!
Die 110,5 Meter, die heute vom Franzosen Maxime Laheurte im Rahmen der nordischen Kombination gesprungen wurden, ist der offizielle Schanzenrekord. Die alte Bestweite von Gregor Schlierenzauer ist somit hinfällig. Bitte ändere dies auf dieser Seite.

Rekord 109,5 m Frenzela jest traktowany w ten sam sposób co rekord Schlierenzauera 110 m. Więc wszystko jest w porządku.
"Official" hill record
In my opinion Schlierenzauer's jump in the trial round can count as the official record. NC jumps are not considered as official or "World Cup" records. Usually FIS start and results lists name the record, but so far they don't. If it was the case I would expect either 110 m of Schlierenzauer or 107 of Morgenstern...
