History:

"Mobile Track" K4 is a portable ski jump for children manufactured by Peter Riedel GmbH which shall be used for various events in order to draw childrens' interests to ski jumping. During the designing process, the technician and perfectionist Peter Riedel did not leave anything to chance. The inrun can be covered with ice or porcelain and the overall facility meets the International Ski Federation's (FIS) guidelines for the construction of ski jumps. The K4 can be transported from event to event on a trailer and it only takes two hours to assemble and disassemble.
Peter Riedel who built up an international reputation as a manufacturer of special sports technology based in the Ore Mountains said: „We are delighted to be able to present this K4. This year, we are sponsoring the Junior Four Hills Tournament as the main sponsor and we will continue to support young talents in the future!” The K4 is the first of its kind in Europe and already has been ordered by a customer in Russia.
At a shoppping mall in Leipzig in October 2013 the K4 junior hill attracted 1746 children, who went over the ski jump and were able to try ski jumping.

4m ist doch für Kinder viel zu schnell zu klein

die wollen nach 5 Sprüngen sofort weiter springen...der Anlauf ist denke ich zu kurz, die sind ja viel zu langsam um weit zu kommen, da schicke ich mein Jungen lieber im Skiurlaub auf die Piste und er kann über Kanten springen.
