History:
At Les Contamines-Montjoie there are two ski jumping facilities: the two summer ski jumping hills at Pontet leisure park and the winter ski jumps in Nivorin.
The former ski jumper Didier Mollard and Nordic Combined Ludovic Roux come from this town. Training of young jumpers is very strongly developed and with Coline Mattel the Ski Club Les Contamines Montjoie has one of the world's most successful female ski jumpers.
