Kolbjørn Gulbrandsen did both his record jumps on 25 March 1940. According to the newspaper article his hill record jump was 58 m, not 58.5.

I believe the name of this hill should be Dammenbakken. (You forgot an m.) Tore Paulsen (Norway) set the hill record of 34.5 m on 27 March 1954.

"In a summary from 1936, the hill record is stated to be 54.5 metres, while at the same time the hill record at Holmenkollen was 52 metres. Later, the hill record at Krøglibakken was increased to 64.5 metres, set by Leif Kruse, Botne. It is safe to say that the hill was considered large at the time it was in use."
