History:

The ski jump at Peninsula State Park in Door County, Wisconsin, was built through a joint effort of the Civilian Conservation Corps, the park and local organizations. The last competition was held there in 1943, and shortly after World War II the facility was demolished. Currently, there is an information board commemorating it.
