History:

In 1911, the ski club Örebro Skidklubb built a ski jumping hill, which was located on a slope descending toward the current tennis courts and the turning point of Ljungvägen street. The facility featured a wooden inrun tower and a judge's tower.
The hill record was 23 meters and was set by Erik Rylander on February 22, 1926, during one of many club championships.
There was great interest in ski jumping in Örebro during the 1920s. For example, in late winter 1922, a competition was held that attracted as many as 5,000 spectators. The hill was used until 1932, when it was demolished.
