History:

Dølabakken was a relatively small, now-defunct ski jumping hill located in the municipality of Steinkjer in the Trøndelag region. The facility was situated on a forested slope in the valley of the Døla River, directly adjacent to today’s Døla hydroelectric power plant along Okstaddalvegen, approximately 10 km southeast of Steinkjer’s town centre. Remnants of the former hill profile are used as a landmark during local hiking trips organized by Henning IL, where the name “hoppbakken ved Døla” appears in route descriptions.
