History:

Not far from 1962 built Yrken junior jumps Steinkjerbakken was constructed in 1989 and covered with plastic mattings in 1993. Since it has been one of the main training hills of flyke Nord-Trøndelag. Since Steinkjer IL is a very busy ski jumping club all facilities are frequently used for competitions. Yrken ski jumps were completely modernized in 2009/2010 and all hills covered with plastic mattings.
