History:

Almsbakken was located in Fjellbygda above Sandane in the municipality of Gloppen, on a slope belonging to the Alme farm. It was a natural wooden ski jumping hill of approximately K40 size, used mainly during the interwar period.
In the 1920s, the local clubs Skilaget Fjellhug and Sandane Turn og Idrettslag (STIL) jointly built the facility at Alme in Fjellbygda. It was one of several ski jumps in Gloppen – along with the larger Liabakken in Vereide and the 45-metre STIL hill in Jølet near the Nordfjord Folkemuseum – which together formed a strong local ski jumping community in the Nordfjord region.
The record jump at Almsbakken was made by Norwegian skier Ivar Bergset on March 8, 1925. He is described in local archival materials as a very skilled skier, both in jumping and cross-country skiing, closely connected with sports life in Nordfjord.
Ski jumping in Gloppen flourished in the first half of the 20th century, but interest in the discipline gradually declined towards the late 1960s. All local hills, including Almsbakken, ceased to be maintained, were dismantled, or became overgrown with forest.

Possible hill record

I am not 100 % certain it's the same hill, but Almsbakken in Sandane had a hill record of 45 m, set by Ivar Bergset (Norway) on 8 March 1925. (Also given as 1928 in a book, but I believe 1925 is the correct year.)
