The ski jumping facility at Sandripheia Skisenter with K60 and K42 at Sandrip near Vennesla was constructed by Vennesla community from 1977 to 1980. The K20 hill followed in 1988 and later a K5.
After the largest hill burned down in 2008, a profound modernization of the ski jumping facility with new floodlights was performed in 2010 and K60 was reconstructed as a plastic hill.

Hill record and longest jump
In a regional Nordic combined championship on 20 March 2011, Henning Stea (I think that's the correct spelling) first set the hill record of 66.5 m. In the same competition Håkon Helgesen (Norway) fell at 69 m.
