History:

Trollbakken is a high-mountain natural ski jumping hill with a history dating back to the 1930s, and from the beginning it has been one of the largest facilities of this type in Norway. In 1947, Odd Høvik from the Asker ski club achieved 75.5 m during a competition there. In 1983, the hill was prepared for jumping after a long break, probably for the last time. The longest jumps were made by Jon Olav Kriken, who in training the day before the Trollbakkrennet competition achieved a mighty distance of 93 meters.
