It was a small natural ski jumping hill located on a slope in the area of what is now Ajerbakken Street, north of the centre of Lunde. The hill no longer exists today, and its grounds are now covered with single-family houses (the Ajertoppen residential area). Local ski jumping enthusiasts recall that in 1894 a jump of 19.5 metres was made at Ajerbakken, and that the hill was one of the sites used by athletes from the IL Skade club in its early years, before the construction of the Hantobakken ski jumps in the 1920s.
