The hill was a small training facility with HS23 and K20, located within the Hakuba Iwatake resort in Nagano Prefecture. It served primarily young beginners in ski jumping and Nordic combined, and was in use at least in 2013–2014, as confirmed by preserved competition protocols of the Nagano Ski Association. Events held there included competitions of the “Chunichi Cup – Hakuba Junior Ski Tournament” for school-age children, as well as rounds of the local “Jump Circuit” series. Recorded jump distances typically ranged from about 18 to 22.5 meters, reflecting the hill’s character as a facility intended for early-stage training. Alongside the hill operated the “Iwatake Lavi-run Course,” a cross-country track used for children’s Nordic combined events. The hill was likely dismantled around 2023, although no public documents explain the reasons or the details of its removal.
