History:

In 1930's there was a monumental wooden 50 meter ski jumping hill at Sestriere, which was constructed by Norway's Kielberg in 1930. At the same time the touristical development of the winter sports destination by Fiat founder Giovanni Agnelli had started and another ski jumping facility at Borgata was set up. After World War II the ski jump was not reconstructed.
