History:
The ski jump in Bad Oberdorf was located on the southern edge of the village, on the right bank of the Ostrach River, in the area of today’s Schanzpark – a spa park featuring Kneipp facilities, walking paths, and the Lourdes chapel. Unfortunately, no detailed information about this facility has been preserved; the only trace appears in the Bavarian topographic map (1996 edition), where its location is marked as “Sprungschanze” directly adjacent to a campsite and a shooting range.
