History:

Although Tivoli Gardens is primarily known as an amusement park, various sporting and cultural events were held there in the past. According to archival press reports, winter ski jumping shows took place in Tivoli during the 1930s. These events attracted large audiences and were part of the park's winter attractions. The ski jump was a temporary structure, adapted to weather conditions. It was also used in the summer, when the jumps were treated as acrobatic performances, as small wheels were attached to the skis.
