History:

The ski club of Riezlern / Kleinwalsertal decided to build its own ski jumping hill on December 21, 1924 and as a consequence, Fellhorn-Schanze was constructed 300 m above Café Fellhorn. It allowed jumps around 25 meters. However, when these distances didn't satisfy the ski jumpers of Kleinwalsertal anymore, in 1936 the larger Borhalde-Schanze at Riezlern was constructed and Fellhornschanze was soon abandoned.
