History:

The ULSZ Salzburg/Rif is not only a sports center of the university and the federal state of Salzburg, but also an Olympic training center of the Austrian Ski Federation (ÖSV). Due to the perfect conditions and facilities, athletes as Stefan Kraft, Michael Hayböck, Chiara Hölzl or Franz-Josef Rehrl are training there a lot, even besides the regular training camps with their teams.
In 2018, a new stand was built there and excavation material was left behind, coach Alexander Diess suggested the construction of two small ski jumps. These were built in the second half of 2019 and also equipped with plastic mattings. This means, they are not only usable all-year-long, but also a perfect place for beginners. Especially due to the fact that everyone is allowed to use the hills.
