Hill records and dates
Men's hill record in the K50 hill was 56.5 m, set by Victor Clock (Norway) on 27 March 1938 and by Peder Botten (Norway) on 14 March 1948. Alf Jonassen (Norway) had a standing jump of 60 m in training in January 1928, and Emil Kvanli (Norway) fell at the same length in competition on 25 March 1938.
Johanne Kolstad (Norway) had an exhibition jump of 42.5 m in the K50 hill on 13 March 1932, which was probably the women's record.
On the big hill Sverre Stenersen's hill record was 83 m, set on 20 March 1955. Two newspapers gave the size of the big hill as K76.5 and K76 (probably the correct one) in 1951. But it may have been K81 later.

1967 was the first time I had seen the jump its saying that it was destroyed in 1974 there are rumors that it was dismantled and shipped to Michigan could not say but I do know this the st Paul ski jumping club did not own the site nor did it own the jump makes sense that they moved to another site that they owned but that site carries no historical value as its a boring replacement to an iconic jump that just disappeared in 1974, they have the new jump and property but nothing special like the battle creek snow slide as it was first called the jumping gods will never forget it as it belonged to everyone not just the club they are today. gone but not forgotten

About K90, K55, and K30
This ski jump was once used for summer jumping, but none of the jumps are currently used during the summer. The K90 jump is not used even in the winter. The remaining two jumps are still in use today.
The K55 hill features a snow rail, while the K30 hill is used without a rail.
I’ve heard that because the K90 hill launches jumpers to such an incredibly high altitude, it feels like a ski flying hill.

In a regional Nordic combined championship on 20 March 2011, Henning Stea (I think that's the correct spelling) first set the hill record of 66.5 m. In the same competition Håkon Helgesen (Norway) fell at 69 m.

Here is the - more or less - complete list of hill records, sourced from old newspapers.
A few things to mention: Reidar Johansen's record of 42.5 m from 1937 was mentioned many years later, and I haven't found it in reports from competitions at the time. I am guessing that it is not correct. Also, as with many other hills, after rebuilds there have sometimes been noted new hill records that were shorter than the previous record. I have kept these in the list, but it's understandable if you choose to not include them when you prepare the list on this page.
When more than one record has been set on the same day, I have mentioned the first record at the bottom. So for instance on 4 February 1970, Stein Norstad was the first to set a hill record, and Lars Grini did the last of the 55 m jumps.
By the way, the hill size was mentioned as K44 in 1963, K44.5 in 1966, and K53 in 1983. In between, in 1970 or late 60's, the hill was mentioned as a 55 m hill, but I am not absolutely sure if that means that it was K55. And as you probably know, the modern definition of the K-point isn't exactly the same as the critical point that was used until the 1970's. So all this has to be taken with a pinch of salt...

More about the hill record
In the international competition on 4 February 1970, Hiroshi Itagaki first jumped 55 m. Then Erling Stranden (Norway) fell at 58.5 m, which seems to be the longest jump at the hill. In the second round, Itagaki again jumped 55 m, and Lars Grini (Norway) also stood at 55 m.
After the last rebuild in 1982, the hill was K53. But the last hill record after that modernisation was only 53.5 m by Tor Arne Syversen (Norway) on 19 February 1983.
Actually, I have collected a reasonably complete list of hill records, compiled from old newspapers. Maybe I'll post it here later.

Some nitpicking again: The record holder's first name is often spelled wrong, but the correct spelling is apparently Gudtorm. He set the hill record on 21 March 1965.
In newspapers at the time of the Norwegian championship in 1956, the smaller hill was mentioned as K65. So far I haven't found a hill record for that one. The big hill was mentioned as K78.5 in 1954, K82 in 1956, and K81 in 1959 and 1964.

Historia:
Kiedy Ullersdorf w Karkonoszach (dzisiejsze Ulanowice koło Lubawki) przed II wojną światową należał jeszcze do Niemiec, w 1924 roku na górze Krucza Skała zbudowano pierwszą skocznię o długości 50 metrów. Skocznia była wykorzystywana m.in. do przygotowań reprezentacji Niemiec do igrzysk olimpijskich w 1936 roku, a najważniejszymi zawodami w tamtym czasie były mistrzostwa Dolnego Śląska w 1931 roku.
Po II wojnie światowej skocznia została odbudowana i obecnie, po kolejnych przebudowach, m.in. w 1984 i 1998 roku, znana jest jako skocznia K85 „Ulanowice” w Lubawce. Rekord skoczni HS 95 wynosi obecnie 96 m i należy do Antonína Hájka (2003) i Jakoba Kota (2010), Jednak Hájek miał tam w 2003 roku skoczyć nawet 97 m. Od czasu zawodów juniorów w 2010 roku, które wygrał Klemens Murańka, przestarzała skocznia Krucza Skała nie była już używana.
W listopadzie 2015 roku województwo dolnośląskie otrzymało zadanie organizacji kolejnych krajowych zimowych igrzysk młodzieżowych, a zawody w skokach narciarskich i kombinacji narciarskiej miały odbyć się na skoczni Krucza Skała. W tym celu Lubawka otrzymała środki finansowe od władz regionalnych, które zostały wykorzystane na położenie nowej drogi rozbiegu oraz wprowadzenie licznych ulepszeń na skoczni i wybiegu. Mimo że modernizacja została zakończona, zawody ostatecznie musiały zostać odwołane z powodu braku śniegu. Niemniej jednak skocznia została ponownie otwarta podczas uroczystości w dniu 27 lutego 2016 r. przez polskiego mistrza olimpijskiego Wojciecha Fortunę oraz przedstawicieli lokalnych władz i Polskiego Związku Narciarskiego.
W 2017 r. ukończono budowę nowej wieży sędziowskiej, która służy jednocześnie jako punkt widokowy. Gmina Lubawka włączyła obszar Kruczej Skały do projektów turystycznych – dzięki funduszom unijnym rozbudowano m.in. punkt widokowy na szczycie i wyposażono go w tablice informacyjne, „ramki do zdjęć” i elementy małej architektury. Skocznia jest czasami wykorzystywana jako trasa do ekstremalnych biegów górskich (m.in. podczas „Biegu Kruczej Skały”), ale nadal pozostaje niewykorzystanym obiektem skoków narciarskich.
Istniały plany budowy mniejszych skoczni treningowych w Lubawce oraz nazwania przyszłej małej skoczni imieniem trenera Wiesława Dygoń, ale projekty te nigdy nie zostały zrealizowane. Obecnie zarówno główna skocznia HS94, jak i pozostałości mniejszej skoczni pozostają niewykorzystane.

Mit großen Sprüngen in die Zukunft
Bereits 2017 wurde der Wunsch wach, die Schanzenanlage zu elektrifizieren. Es dauerte noch zwei Jahre bis unter dem Titel "Mit großen Sprüngen in die Zukunft" die Finanzierung geklärt wurde. Durch die Corona-Zeit kam die Maßnahme ins stocken und wurde 2024 fertig gestellt.
Die gesamte Anlage wurde mit Strom versorgt, eine moderne energieeffiziente Flutlichtanlage sowie eine Aufstiegshilfe wurden installiert und in Betrieb genommen.

He definitely stood at 64 m twice in competition on 16 March 1947, and it was mentioned in a newspaper as a hill record. Adolf Akerholdt's jump of 65 m was done in training on 11 January 1948. Kjell Stang (Norway) twice fell at 66 m in competition on 17 February 1946.

Die Schanzen werden wieder gerettet. Matten wurden entfernt und der Unterbau wird ersetzt. Der neue Unterbau soll aus Holz gebaut werden, somit fünfmal leichter sein als der alte Betonunterbau, und deshalb den Hang entlasten.

The hill was K56 in 1963. Asbjørn Flemmen (Norway) set a hill record of 60 m on 11 March 1956. Other sources (newspaper/book) have the hill record at 61 m (Asbjørn Flemmen, 1956), 62.5 m (Asbjørn Flemmen, date not mentioned) and 63 m (jumper and date not mentioned), but the 60 m record seems to be the most believable so far. However, Asbjørn Flemmen also had a longest standing jump of 66.5 m in training on 10 March 1956.

My father was Hans Strand, who jumped at Bear Mt. in the40’s and ran the ski jumps until the early 80’s. John Martin hosted the ski jumpers and their families at Bear Mt. Inn, Joe McManus made sure we had snow (and sometimes crushed ice,) and my father took care of the rest. My brother (Hans, Jr) jumped the “big hill” when he was 11 (1962) and had a full scholarship for ski jumping University of Nevada at Reno. I spent every weeekend on the hill watching the jumpers fly. It was a magical time

Seeing now that the year of construction for the hill is given as the 1950's, Undis Blikken's jumps of 23.5 and 27 m on the same day in 1931 must have been done on an earlier version of the hill. But I have seen men's hill records here as far back as 1921.

After the hill was rebuilt around 1971-72, Arnfinn Kalfoss (Norway) set a hill record of 42.5 m on 17 March 1973.
There is also a possible women's record. Undis Blikken (Norway), who later became known as a speed skater, jumped 27 m on 22 March 1931.

Correct jump sizes
The hills at the time of the Olympic Games were actually not K-80, K-60, and K-40, but P-80, P-60, and P-40.
On a related side note, the 60 pts distance was defined (I guess) as the distance of the longest jump in a round (rounded up to a whole meter), so for the P-80 SJ it was 94 m in the 1st round and 85 m in the 2nd round, and for the P-60 NC it was 64 m in the 1st round, 69 m in the 2nd round, and 68 m in the 3rd round.

The "ski flying hill", where Toralf Engan and Bjørn Wirkola later had the hill record of 104.5 m, was first used in 1957. The size of that hill was K93; at the same time the "big hill" (the early version of the hill that still exists) was K81. The wooden inrun of the ski flying hill gradually dilapidated, and it was torn down in 1969.

Ivar Nilsen set his hill record on 13 February 1949. This wasn't the later jumper Ivar Harry Nilsen, who had a long, fallen jump in Vikersund in 1980, but an earlier jumper Ivar Nilsen from Kongsberg.

There was indeed a ski jump in Leith Harbour; however, the lack of photos and coordinates prevents it from being added to the archive. There was a competition on 07.08.1938 where Magnus Storbråten and Reidar Hansen (both Norwegian) made standing 39m jumps. The same day Reidar Hansen and Arne Strand fell at 39.5m. On South Georgia, there were at least two more towns where ski jumps were built, but I don't remember their names right now.

Longer jumps?
In an article in Norwegian newspaper Telemark Arbeiderblad on 5 January 1960, Thoralf Johnsen tells about the Grytviken ski championship and the South Georgia championship of 1959. He says that the hill in Grytviken was K45 and that the longest jump in the Grytviken championship on 12 July 1959 was 42.5 m, but he doesn't mention who did that jump, and I haven't managed to find it elsewhere, either.
He also mentions that the ski jumping hill in Leith Harbour, where that year's South Georgia championship was held, was somewhat smaller than the one in Grytviken. I believe I have seen mention in other old newspapers of ski jumping hills in a couple of other places on South Georgia (but no details about them), but I'll have to do another search to find where that was.

Just a small correction: The correct spelling is Johanneskirken (not kirkken), and Johanneskirkebakken.
Oh, and according to newspaper Bergens Tidende, the hill was actually K28.5, and Roger Ruud jumped 21.5 m twice that day.

Birger (correct spelling) Wiik Andersen's hill record was set on 4 February 1940. That same day Ole Haugerud and Karsten Gårder (both Norway) fell at 59 m, But the longest jump seems to have been a standing jump of 60 m that Øivind Nilsen Raa (Norway) did in training or test jumping on 4 February 1951.

In the K40 version of the hill, Jacob Tullin Thams' record of 46 m was set on 27 February 1922. In the early times, the length of fallen jumps were usually not mentioned in the newspapers, but Olav T. Kaasa (Norway) fell at 47 m on that same day.
In the K48 version, Trygve Gundersen's hill record of 54.5 m was set on 6 March 1938. Reidar Andersen (Norway) had a standing jump of 60 m in training on 10 March 1938.
In the K60 version, Kolbjørn Skjæveland's hill record of 68.5 m was set on 4 March 1940. That round and competition was cancelled because of the wind, but the record is still included inn all the lists of hill records in Holmenkollen. That same day Arne Ulland (Norway) fell on 71.5 m.
In the K65 version, Helmut Recknagel (DDR) had a standing jump of 74 m in training on 2 March 1957.
In the K88 version, Toni Innauer (Austria) had a standing jump of 99 m in training on 11 March 1978. Anita Wold's longest jump of 76 m was done on 10 March 1974, when she was a trial jumper. The day before she had actually been allowed to compete with the boys in the international junior competition. Her longest jump then was 66.5 m.
In the K105 version, Steinar Solhaug's jump of 114.5 m was done on 7 March 1993.

In the K90 version of the hill, Paavo Lukkariniemi's record of 116,5 m was set on 27 March 1960. There was also a longest standing jump done in training, 119,5 m by Torgeir Brandtzæg (Norway) on 8 March 1963. At least one newspaper mentioned that one as 117 m, but most newspapers had it as 119,5.
In the K144 version of the hill, Ladislav Divila's longest fallen jump was 156 m, not 166 m, and was done in a round that got cancelled on 8 March 1969.
In the K150 version the longest fallen jump was 166 m by Ivar Harry Nilsen (Norway) on 27 February 1980. Setting the track in the inrun, he started from the top and outjumped the hill.

Mit der Wende....
Hallo die Sprungsektion war schon weit vor der Wende nicht mehr in Polenz Aktiv. Als ich 1984 dort mit Skilanglauf begann, waren da schon keine Springer mehr aktiv. Der Sprungturm war aber noch voll mit Ausrüstung wie Ski und Schuh, so das wir gern mal vorm Training die Bretter angeschnallt haben, und selbst gesprungen sind... Grüsse

Der Rückbau des Schanzenauslauf beginnt am 24.08.2026 und soll voraussichtlich bis November 2026 dauern. In diesem Zuge soll auch der Flusslauf der Vesser wieder renaturiert werden. Die alte Betonbrücke ist schon seid Jahren baufällig.
