The 1979 built hill with plastic covering has a critical point of 25 meters and its profile must be modernized in the near future. Part of this plans is also the construction of a smaller K15 ski jumping hill.
The ski jump has been used for some years now by Plymouth Regional High School, because the local ski jumping club ended to exist long time ago. The reason why also 14 to 16-year-olds get the opportunity to jump in the hill is that New Hampshire is one of the last American states which officially supports ski jumping as a kind of High School sport. One of the consequences is that there are even separate High School Championships in some grades.
