History:
In 1935 the Civilian Conservation Corps constructed a ski jumping hill in Alaska’s capitol Juneau and in the following years hundreds of spectators attended the competitions on West Juneau Jump Hill, in which jumpers from whole Alaska and the nearby Canadian provinces participated.
