In 1937 Edvardt Kjøsen was responsible fort he construction of Richmond Hill in southern Chester Creek at Anchorage. But already after one year people jumped up to 60 or 70 feet and landed in the flat outrun.
That’s the reason why only in 1938 at the north side of Chester Creek the little larger Kjøsen Hill was built, which was used until 1940’s.
