History:

In 1952 the 1933 founded SC Hallein was able to open Zinkenschanze-K70 ski jump. Already in 1956 the peak of ski jumping history of the town was reached, when the final competition of the Four Hills Tournament had to be transferred from Bischofshofen of Zinkenschanze. Then in 1957 the construction of Toni-Riess-Jugendschanze followed.
Today there is no ski jump anymore at Hallein which is ready to jump on, the SC Hypo concentrates on alpine skiing, cross-country and cycling.
