History:

In December 2013 Saanenland municipality voted for the realization of the project "Ski Future Saanenland", which includes the construction of two junior hills "Uf de Huble" at Gstaad. A total of 8.4 million Franks shall be invested for the plastic covered ski jumps, 2.5 km of cross-country slopes, a alpine slope and rope tow, as well as functional buildings. In mid August 2014 FIS Race Director Walter Hofer visitied Gstaad inbetween the Summer Grand Prix competitions in Einsiedeln and Courchevel and was informed about the project. The realization of this ski jumping hill project is still pending.
