History:
In the 1950s, a small wooden ski jump was built in Ustyuzhna on the Mologa River, but there was a mistake in its construction, as in the case of the first ski jumps in Vologda. The Ustyuzhinsky ski jump was located too close to the water, and in winter flying skiers had to land directly on the ice, which is extremely dangerous. Therefore, already in the 1970s the ski jump was destroyed.
