History:

In the late 1970s, local enthusiasts built a 30-metre ski jump in Aleksin. Athletes from the Tula region showed interest in this new sport and a few years later Aleksin started to host competitions with jumpers also from neighbouring regions. The facility operated for about ten years and was abandoned in the 1990s, most probably the last competition took place in the 1990/1991 season. The ski jump was also equipped with plastic mattings. Over the years, the metal inrun structure was gradually dismantled.
