History:

In 1963, one of the few ski jumping hills in lowland Poland was built in Czarnków. The initiator of the construction was Walerian Kurzawa, and the project was prepared by surveyor Stróżyński. The hill was under the care of the club MKS "Noteć" Czarnków and functioned until the 1980s. It allowed to jump for just over 30 m, and its record holder (32 m) was a local jumper, Kazimierz Polus. After years, the object was used during mountain biking races.
