History:

The ski jump at Steinkunzendorf (now Kamionki in municipality of Pieszyce) in Owl mountains was built probably in 1931 by the local winter sports club (WSV). It was located above Forelle guesthouse (eng. trout), from which came name of Forellen-Sprungschanze. This object was quite big for that time, maybe K50, and had wooden judges tower. Inrun length from the top of the wooden inrun structure to the take-off was about 60 metres.
In 1933 the Championships of Lower Silesia were organized there. After II World War there were some plans to reactivate this ski jump, but unfortunately they weren't realised. Now still rock relicts are visible in place of former Forellen-Schanze.
