History:

In 1986 the construction of the new Telemarksbakken in addition to the Rugtvedtkollen ski jumping facility Klyve near Skien begun, one year later the opening of the ski jumping hill built for the NM 1988 followed. There 7,000 spectators watched the win of Erik Johnsen. Ten years later the last competition on the hill, which had become very old-fashioned, took place and Wilhelm Brenna was the winner.
