History:

Due to the steep area, Dalbekkbakken was an all-natural ski jump. But not only inrun and landing slope were steep - and the flight height very high - also the outrun. Because of this combination, the hill was very demanding.
On the opposite side of the street, the smaller Dammerudbakken was located. It was more suitable for beginners, mainly due to its size.
