History:
The only 1993 built ski jumps far north of the Arctic Circle are used very frequently.
The region of Tromsø even wanted to apply for the Olympic Winter Games 2018, but just like the bid for 2014 it was rejected by the Norwegian government. It would be the first Games north of the Arctic circle!
