History:
The ski jumps at Storhaugen near Mosjøen in Vefsn municipality are regularly used by the local ski clubs and several competitions take place every season. In summer the young jumpers have to move to other plastic covered hills, because this hill hasn’t got mattings.
By the way, one of the former world’s best female ski jumpers Anette Sagen comes from Remma IL and its successful ski jumping section called Vefsn Hopp.
