Drangedal has once been a skiing centre of Telemark province with ski jumping hills at Kroken and Neslandsvatn. The largest jump there was Oddlibakken, which was opened by Drangedal IL in 1936 and reconstructed by Kroken IL in 1958. But already two years later the jump was finally closed, although many spectators attended the competitions there.
The only jump being used in last years was the one in Ospelia, where ski jumps were performed from 1980’s until 2006.
A new K15 ski jump at Neslandsvetn was inaugurated in 2008 and in March 2009 Langkjærkollen K17 opened.
