History:

In Rüdigershagen, a small village in today's Niederorschel municipality, the first ski jumping hill was set up in 1960. Then, the plastic covered ski jumps at "Dün" were built in 1970. The K25 and K11 have been used until late 1990's, the last competition was held in June 1996. In 2013 the former Dünschanzen were completely deconstructed.

Letztes Skispringen mit Gästen in Rüdigershagen.

Das letzte Skispringen mit nationalen Gästen fand im Juni 1996 statt. Danach wurde die Anlage noch einige Jahre zum Training genutzt. Die Schanzen ermöglichten vier Sportlern den Übergang zur KJS und zum Sportgymnasium in Oberhof.
