At Söcking in Upper Bavaria, now a town district of Starnberg, a ski jumping hill was constructed by SV Söcking in the valley of Maising creek in 1969-1971. The hill had been used until approx. 1980 and distances up to 30.5 meters were reached, but today the slope is still visible.
