History:

Grenzlandschanze was built in 1970 for a total cost of 21,000 German Mark. The first competition took place in early 1971. Two years later, the judges' tower was erected. Due to the outrun, which was not flat, but a bit steep and located at a small river, the ski jump was very dangerous. Numerous ski jumpers suffered injuries here. The last competition took place in 1986.
Nowadays, there is a parking area for camper vans, which makes it easy to find the location of the ski jumps, even though the former K20 is completely overgrown meanwhile.
In addition to these two ski jumps, there was another K30, which was used in the 1960's. Except for a few relicts, it is hardly visible.
