History:
The Skiclub Bubenbach in Black Forest was founded after World War II in 1949. The two Braunsteinschanzen K37 and K25 were constructed in 1970 on the outskirts of the small village. These existing ski jumps were given up in 2003 and instead a K20 junior hill was constructed in 2003-2005. Until early 2010's, a junior competition for the Georg Thoma Cup had been hosted annually in January or February. Currently, Braunsteinschanze is hardly used anymore and ski jumping activities at SC Bubenbach are laying idle.
