History:

Rosentalschanze was built in 1962, next to the cottage of the ski club. While the cottage is still existing, the ski jump is hardly visible anymore.
There already has been a ski jump in the district of Hutzelklinge between 1927 and 1955.

Konstruktion

Die Schanze, wie auch die Hütte, wurde vom Architekten Dipl. Ing.FH Heinz Mohr gebaut. Der Naturhang wurde steiler abgegraben und der Sindelbach im Auslauf überdeckt. Der Anlauf und Schanzentisch war eine Metallrohrkonstruktion mit aufgeschraubten Holzbrettern.
