History:

Rotmurgschanze was constructed in the end of 1940’s and used by youth jumpers of the town very frequently. Hill record was at 34 m. This ski jumping hill was in use until 1980, but not for training and practising, only by hobby jumpers. Being totally overgrown and not even recognisable, the former jumping hill was made watchable again, in order to keep it as a sports monument for future generations.
