History:

At the slope behind the Grand Hôtel (called L'Hauturière since 1965) at Morzine, which was opened in 1925, also a ski jumping hill was constructed. The first ski lift at the slope called Pléney only followed in 1934. Still by end of 1960s (second class) international competitions were held there. Today a summer luge track is located there and only the name of the Hotel Le Tremplin still reminds of the former ski jump. For some period there was also a second ski jumping hill at Morzine at Vallée des Ardoisières.
