History:

The 1905 built and very often reworked “Le Mont” ski jumping hill (engl.: the mountain) at the foot of Mont Blanc massif and the "Glacier des Bossons" glacier was the very first Olympic ski jump at the Games 1924 at Chamonix. There Jacob Tullin Thams became then first Olympic champion in ski jumping. With Birger Ruud, another Norwegian was successful at WSC at Chamonix in 1937.
After World War II, Chamonix with its Tremplin aux Bossons was host of two Kongsberg Cup competitions (1956 & 1965). In 1960s, 70s and 80s, international competitions such as the Grand Prix of Nations (with Cortina and St. Moritz) were organized there regularly. The first World Cup event at Chamonix was held in 1981.
The last World Cup competition on the jump in the village Le Mont took place in 1998, the last COC in 2001. Since then there haven't been any international competitions and attempts to modernize the jump for the Nordic Junior WSC in 2009 failed. Nevertheless, the ski jumping hill is still occasionally used for training and national-level competitions.

Też tak myślałem, ale dzisiaj sporo na ten temat szukałem i znalazłem informację, że zawody odbywały się tam właściwie w każdym roku. No może była mała przerwa, ale wynosiła ona nie więcej niż 2 lata. Czy skocznia była przebudowywana? Nie wiem, żadnych nowych zdjęć skoczni nie widziałem. Ale w tym miesiącu również odbyły się na niej zawody.

Znalazłem oficjalne wyniki konkursu, w którym 110 m skoczył Jason Lamy Chappuis.
