History:
While the HS 142 large hill is located in Ruka, about 25 km north of Kuusamo, the junior hills of the local ski club Kuusamon Erä-Veikot are situated at Konnuntekijäntie within the town. There "Meijerin hyppyrimäet" facility, in English "milk ski jumps", includes three ski jumping hills, K22, K12 and K5, of which the middle-sized is covered with plastic mattings.
