History:
At Valašské Klobouky (en.: Wallachian Klobouk) in the Beskids in South-Eastern Czech Republic in 1947 the 45 meter hill Jelenovská was constructed. The plans for the ski jump with wooden inrun tower were made by František Rafaja. Already in 1953 the facility was converted under the lead of Karel Jarolímek into a K54 with steel-made inrun tower and additionally the smaller jumps K28 and K15 were built. In the following years, several competitions, just as the Valašské Klobouky Cup and the Jelenovská Cup took place. The very last competition took place in 1968, winner was Ján Tanczos. The year before, Karel Kodejška won. In 1972, Milda Bělonožník, the year-long chairman at the FIS Sub-Committee for ski jumping hills, proposed a rebuilding, which was denied by local politics.
