History:

The ski jump was built in 1932 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the birth of Dr. Miroslav Tyrš. It is was located on the northern slope of the Vrchhůra (693 m) mountain, near Malá Lhota. It was built according to the draft of Ing. Kandyba by members of Sokol Valašské Meziříčí. The ramp was built of trunks, 8 meters high and had a 35 degrees steep slope. The jump had a critical point of 30 m and a record of 42 m. Jumping here took place until about 1963, mostly during public competitions.
