History:

The ski jump at Kozubowa (981 m above sea level) was opened in 1933, thanks to the efforts of the Polish Tourist and Sports Association "Beskid Śląski". It was an organization of the Polish minority in Czechoslovakia, which had a shelter in Kozubowa from 1929. The hill itself served not only training purposes, but it was also used for open competitions. There was also a second, tiny hill for younger jumpers nearby. In the same period, "Beskid Śląski" also opened other ski jumps in the vicinity: in Leszna Dolna (1933), Piosk (1934), Gródek (1935, rebuilt in 1936), Ligotka Kameralna (1935), Milikowo (1935), and Dolna Łomna (1937).
