History:

Vratislavice nad Nisou (in the past German Maffersdorf upon Neiße) is a district of Liberec. Until 1970’s there had been two ski jumping hills standing, but today they are very dilapidated. The skiing section of swimming club of Maffersdorf constructed the first ski jump in 1928 on a brewery estate on the foot of Proschwitz Ridge. The planning was made by Ing. Walter Nowak from Maffersdorf.
