History:
The first ski jump here stood in 1922 and was all-natural. One year later, the winter sport section of the DTV Neustadt an der Tafelfichte decided to build a "real" ski jump and found an appropriate place for it on the northern side of the Svinský hill. In 1924, a bridge over a stream was built and works on the inrun and porch had begun. The opening ceremony took place on Christmas 1924. P. Leder was the first record holder with 44 meters. The new hill was a town attraction during the winter. Lots of regional championships were held, where local competitors achieved good results. After the war, the ski jumping hill was not restored until 1963. Then, a new hill record of 24 meters was set. Again, a few competitions took place, mostly adolescents were jumping there.
