The first ski jump on Kravím Vrch was built in 1907. It was a small natural ski jump that was renewed every season. Before World War II Svoboda did not have a bigger ski jump. After the war, one was built on the northern slope by the road to Janské Lázně. This Sokol facility belonged to the local paper mill. The norm point was 40 m. The facility was rebuilt in 1951 and was then used by jumpers until the 1970s.
