The jumping hill in Huntsville was opened on 13th January 1934 an declared the largest hill of Ontario, because the jumpers reached a speed of nearly 100 km/h. At those times only a few ski jumps could compete with Mica Mine Jump. Time after time the jump was no longer used and so now there’s just a ruin.
